I want to change my civics in Civilization IV. However, I don't know how to do it unless the game automatically offers a revolution. The manual tells me to press F3 but all that happens when I do is that bread is shown on my map. Also I am in the modern era and I don't know how to do it. Please help!How do I edit my civics in Civilization IV?
On the top-right of the screen, where you find the little buttons for main menu, foreign advisor, defense advisor, tech advisor, convert religion, one of the buttons will say "change civics". I think it'll be the button with the gold ring.
