How do you disband a city in Civilization IV?

Does anyone know how to disband a city in Civilization Four? I built it in the wrong place and I want to make a new city one square over.How do you disband a city in Civilization IV?
You can remove a city using the World Builder - hit escape, select the World Builder, select the "Erase Mode" option, and click on the city. All units in the city disappear too.



The World Builder is like a cheat mode - it lets you change any aspect of the game. I guess it probably records this with your score in your Hall of Fame.
