Help with civilization IV and Vista please?

I am trying to install Civilization IV on my laptop with vista and am having issues. When It goes to install it comes up nearly instantly

Access Is Denied"



Help would be much appreciated Please :)Help with civilization IV and Vista please?
Vista takes up a lot of space so sometimes causes computers to become slower. Therefore your computer may not be able to support Civ4.
