Hi, I've recently gotten into playing Sid Meyer's Civilization IV, it rocks. Anyway, I want to find out (if there is one) a way to edit a units characteristics (such as movement, strength etc.). Also, I downloaded the SDK, however all I got was a bunch of files, no install file, no run program just random code, text, and other random files, so how do I go about using the SDK?

There are easy cheats that you can find, just search for Civ 4 cheats. This will let you go in and adjust how fast you can complete tasks, but I don't think there are any that can edit charateristics.Civilization IV?
