I dont know when this was asked but i ran into it. cton is a hall of fame player from civ 3. (a girl) a game where is a free for all is called an cton after her. eljefe Lod cap in civ 3.

What does CTON stand for in Civilization IV?It actually stands for Cannot Talk Or Negotiate. It's meant to be a blitz style way of playing free for all multiplayer Civ.
